Job summary

A transport logistics company based in Gauteng is seeking an individual to manage vehicle breakdown calls. Responsibilities include efficiently answering calls, engaging in active listening, and ensuring procedural activation of support staff. Candidates should have a matric qualification, a minimum of 2 years in a technical/mechanical environment, and proficiency in computers. Strong communication and decision-making skills are essential, with a fluency in multiple languages being advantageous. Shift and weekend work are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a Technical/Mechanical environment.
• Understanding of Truck and Trailer functionality.
• Shift work (Day & Night) and weekend work is required.

Responsibilities

• Answering or making calls related to vehicle breakdowns.

Requirement :
