Job description

The Successful Candidates Will Be Responsible For

• Effectively managing the performance of the team of agents
• Taking responsibility for ensuring that the team conducts as many high-quality interactions as possible, captures data effectively and traces voters efficiently
• Leading the team of agents to gather the highest quality data possible
• Meeting all required targets to achieve campaign 2026 LGE objectives
• Assisting with calling, data capturing, auditing and tracing, when necessary
