Job description

The Team Leader Production plans, leads, organizes, monitors and motivates the Production Team to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, Health and Safety standards, and accurate administration of Manufacturing Orders. Duties include daily planning and target setting, staff training and assignment, equipment maintenance and sanitation, safety and GMP compliance, holding team meetings, resolving issues, and ensuring quality and efficiency in cosmetics production processes. The role focuses on continuous improvement, housekeeping, and meeting production schedules within the Operations Team.
