Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Prospect dealers, F&I’s, individuals, and organizations to partner with us as their preferred broker for taxi insurance.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers or F&I’s that agree to work with us regularly.
- Gather client information from dealers and F&I’s.
- Contact clients to provide quotes and sell taxi insurance, obtaining quotes from all our taxi insurance partners.
- Communicate sales scripts effectively to persuade potential customers to purchase our products or services.
- Explain products, services, and procedures; answer questions accurately and provide relevant information to existing and potential clients.
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, and recommend improved procedures.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the organization’s mission by completing related tasks as needed.
- Resolve basic and some complex client queries or problems, or redirect them to the appropriate person or department.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and guide customers through the sales process, including gathering customer information.
- Achieve agreed KPIs such as sales, green dealers, leads, etc.
- Attend team and business meetings regularly or as required.
