Key Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit middle to senior management and specialist roles.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
  • Implement and maintain talent management practices and systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align talent strategies with business goals.
  • Advise on market remuneration and manage recruitment costs.
  • Support transformation initiatives and compliance with company values.
  • Coordinate group-wide talent management projects and cluster initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum: Advanced Diploma or National First Degree (NQF Level 7).
  • Preferred: Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management.
  • Experience: 8–10 years in recruitment (corporate or agency environment).
Skills & Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
