Qualifications

  • Experience in mining or related environment advantageous.
  • Valid EB/Code 08 driver’s licence.
  • Proficient in interpreting and understanding of SA transformation legislation requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and support on HR-related matters.
  • Support line managers and employees with Employee Relations.
  • Implement Talent Management and performance management processes.
  • Engage and support line managers in reducing labour unavailability.

Skills

Proficient in labour management planning processes
Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced analytical and reporting skills
Good understanding of SA cultural diversity

Education

Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma in Human Resources management or Industrial Psychology
Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources management or Industrial Psychology (Advantageous)
