Job summary

A progressive HR consultancy is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead their HR department. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of HR experience, including managerial responsibilities, and knowledge of HR policies and labor laws. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. Qualifications

  • 6 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 5 - 6 years in a supervisory/managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the hiring process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Handle workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in formulating and reviewing HR policies.

Education
