Qualifications

• 3–5+ years HRBP or HR Generalist experience, preferably in BPO/contact centre environments.
• Proven IR case management experience with CCMA readiness.
• Knowledge of South African labour legislation: LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA, POPIA.
