Qualifications

• 8-10 years total experience including 3 years as Controller / Assistant Controller.
• Mastery of multi-entity real-estate accounting.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual closes across 100 legal entities.
• Serve as primary liaison for external auditors and ensure clean audits.
• Build, refine and enforce internal controls across finance.
