We're looking for a strategic Digital Account Manager to build strong relationships with our SaaS and tech clients and guide them toward long-term organic growth.
This is a strategic account management role – not an execution role.
You don't need to be an SEO expert – you'll work closely with our specialists and learn how SEO ties to business outcomes.
Your value is in translating strategy, advising clients, and driving account success.
This role is ideal for someone who is commercially minded, confident with clients, and excited to grow into a senior account management role.
Serve as the primary point of contact, building trust with senior stakeholders (Heads of Marketing, VPs, C‑suite).
Lead client calls with confidence, using a consultative approach.
Guide expectations, handle challenges constructively, and maintain strong relationships.
Work alongside the SEO Strategists to understand clients' business goals and connect SEO activity to KPIs and revenue impact.
Work with SEO Strategists to translate high‑level strategy into clear client narratives.
Identify growth opportunities, including upsells or scope realignments.
Support clients in navigating pivot moments by simplifying recommendations, not executing technical work.
Ensure delivery teams (SEO, content, link building) are aligned on priorities and deadlines.
Review and contextualise deliverables before presenting to clients.
Track performance trends and surface insights with support from SEO Strategists.
Maintain organised documentation, folders, and key tools (training provided).
Manage scope and ensure recons are handled in a timely fashion.
Gathering performance data from tools (e.g., Nightwatch, Otterly, Looker Studio) and collaborating with Strategists on interpretation.
Using project tools like ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace – experience with similar tools is sufficient.
Understanding foundational SEO concepts so you can speak to them confidently (no execution required).
3-5 years' experience in account management, digital marketing, consulting, or another client-facing strategic role.
Strong communication and EQ – you can build trust, manage expectations, and guide conversations confidently.
A foundational understanding of marketing / SEO concepts or the ability to learn quickly (no execution experience required).
Comfort interpreting high‑level performance data and connecting it to business impact.
Solid organisational and project management skills to keep multiple workstreams moving smoothly.
This is a full‑time position, working Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).
36 days paid annual leave.
