A logistics firm in Krugersdorp is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to handle stock allocation, process stock receipts, and maintain warehouse documentation. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the warehouse industry, with a Matric/Grade 12 certificate. Duties include managing pick slips and ensuring a clean working environment. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office is preferred, and candidates with good attention to detail and people skills are encouraged to apply. Historically disadvantaged candidates are supported in this role.
Receive completed pick slips from relevant warehouse personnel. Data capture correct equipment on database for stock allocation on jobs. Receiving of stock, filing of relevant pick slips after processing, posting of stock receipts in ERP system, Updating of GRV register, assist with stock take during month end, Ad hoc duties as and when required.
