Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the inflow stock management system
• Ensure % accuracy of all stock data
• Monitor stock levels and investigate discrepancies promptly
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
• Support staff with system queries and system navigation
• Assist with stock audits and reconciliations
• Ensure smooth, efficient stock flow across all operations

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Proven experience in stock control or system administration
• Strong computer literacy, especially Excel
• Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
