• Meticulous in stock issuing
• Balance par levels
• Meticulous in packing stock and stock rotation
• Admin functions
• Daily food & beverage consumption reporting
• Food and beverage ordering
• Supervision of deliveries and stock counts
• Reconciliation of monthly food costs

Qualifications

• Grade 12
