Your Experience

You have recently worked in product management or a similar role directly responsible for building software.

Working with customers rather than defining requirements is your preference, and you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Six+ years' experience defining, managing, or launching new functionality at a growing software or technology company.

Influenced or defined the detailed go-to-market process used to achieve product and business goals.

Learned complex software applications and workflow methodologies.

Written clear instructions to answer questions and explain best practices.

Independently resolved hard challenges.

Responsibilities

Guide the world's largest and most sophisticated organizations as they improve how they innovate and build software.

Deliver responsive customer service using proven frameworks.

Guide customers from initial demo to active subscription, through procurement, legal, and security processes.

Learn and share best practices for setting strategy, capturing ideas, prioritizing work, and creating visual roadmaps.

Help customers integrate Aha! software with their existing tools (e.g., development systems).

Share customer feedback internally.

Test new product functionality as needed.

Mentor newer team members as they lead demos, share best practices, and help customers with integrations.

Base salary range (U.S.) between $, and $,.

Cash-based compensation includes profit sharing; we contribute a percentage of total pay each month toward retirement.
