Job description

This prominent Hotel group is looking for 3 x dynamic, target-driven Sales Executives with experience in the hotel sales environment, specifically within the Corporate and Government market segments. These roles are based at Sandton, Durban, and Cape Town, working closely with the hotel Sales Manager to drive revenue, build strong client relationships, and support group-wide growth through cross-selling sister properties based on client travel patterns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, grow and service the Corporate and Government client portfolio.
  • Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations and site inspections.
  • Identify travel patterns and cross-sell the company’s sister properties where relevant.
  • Work closely with the hotel-based Sales Manager to align on strategy and execution.
  • Prepare and submit sales activity reports, pipelines and performance updates to the Hotel Sales Manager, Hotel GM and Regional Sales Manager.
  • Track competitor activity, market shifts and new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and networking forums.
  • Maintain strong client service and represent the brand professionally at all times
