Role Mission

As a Solution Architect – Enterprise Systems, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing thoughtful, end-to-end business solutions that enhance the operational "digital spine" across The Brandtech Group. This role requires you to transform strategic goals into clear roadmaps and actionable plans for Finance and Operations, leading to outcomes that enhance efficiency, data integrity, and automation. You will engage directly with senior leaders and make significant contributions to strategic decision-making at the C‑suite level.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Implementation
  • Collaborate to define clear and inclusive business processes and strategic roadmaps for our enterprise systems (including ERP, MRM, HR, and the BI/Data warehouse).
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop clear and comprehensive workflow diagrams to facilitate understanding and guide solution delivery among all stakeholders.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure secure, scalable solutions are designed and delivered effectively.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution, ensure stakeholder consensus, and communicate progress and readiness transparently.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Act as a central liaison for Finance Transformation and Operations teams, promoting a shared vision and collaborative approach.
  • Facilitate and lead inclusive discovery and design workshops, presenting balanced solutions that are considerate of both business opportunities and risks.
  • Regularly communicate progress and key decisions to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment at all stages.
Project and Process Management
  • Responsibly manage the team backlog, sequencing tasks to deliver early value and manage constraints effectively.
  • Lead sprint planning and support backlog grooming, ensuring smooth delivery against established goals.
  • Coordinate project cycles and manage entry/exit criteria, addressing any challenges collaboratively with the team.
Leadership and Standards
  • Uphold high standards for documentation, coaching the team to achieve clear, concise, and goal-oriented deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Data Governance to establish and monitor data quality rules, and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Experience
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or a related field. An advanced degree or MBA is valued.
Professional Experience
  • 3–5 years in roles that bridge solution architecture and business analysis, particularly within enterprise Finance/Operations environments.
  • Experience in Agile delivery with diverse stakeholder groups, ideally with exposure to executive decision-making processes.
Must-have Capabilities
  • Proficiency in Jira/Confluence for managing documentation and Agile processes.
  • Skills in using Lucidchart for designing workflows and data flows.
  • Experience in managing product backlogs and applying Agile methodologies for product development and management.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and quality assurance within ERP & MRM environments.
Strong Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience integrating HRIS systems with finance platforms.
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms and concepts, capable of guiding engineering teams effectively.
  • Understanding of business process controls (like ISO27001 and SOX) and risk management principles.
Interpersonal and Communication
  • Effective communicator and relationship builder, capable of working collaboratively across varied teams and simplifying complex concepts.
Analytical and Problem-Solving
  • Solutions-driven mindset with a focus on achieving concrete and incremental improvements through thoughtful problem-solving and risk management.
