Our client in the Automotive Manufacturing and Distribution is looking for a Solar Lead Installation Electrician to join their performance-driven team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Liaise with the Technical Support Manager to review project plans and drawings, ensuring adherence to design.
  2. Collaborate with crew members to complete projects within the established time frame, following policies and procedures.
  3. Assemble solar array racking, seal roof penetrations, and install all related equipment.
  4. Set up solar monitoring systems.
  5. Maintain high levels of quality assurance and control with a focus on safety.
  6. Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues.
  7. Communicate professionally with customers, addressing all questions and concerns respectfully.
Requirements:
  1. Experience with installing both roof and ground mount systems.
  2. Experience with micro and string inverters as well as setting up monitoring systems.
  3. CRITICAL: SAPVIA Green Card Certification preferred.
