Job Title: Content Creator (UGC / Social Media) – Part Time

Location: Remote (South Africa, Argentina, Mexico)

Salary Range: 750 – 1000 USD/month

Work Schedule:

M – F, 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM (PST)

M – F, 01:00 AM to 05:00 PM (PST)

M – F, 10:00 AM to 02:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview

We’re looking for a bubbly, confident, and creative Content Creator who genuinely enjoys being on camera and creating short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. If you like talking to the camera, experimenting with hooks, and turning simple ideas into fun, scroll-stopping videos, this role is for you. This is an entry-level, execution-focused role. You don’t need to be a senior creator or strategist. We’ll provide clear prompts, direction, and feedback. You bring the personality, creativity, and energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Film short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Act as on-camera talent in a natural and engaging way.
• Follow creative briefs and direction from the team.
• Create UGC-style talking-head content that feels authentic and unscripted.
• Edit content independently or collaborate with an editor.
• Deliver content on time and apply feedback as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience creating short-form video content (personal or brand).
• Confidence and comfort speaking on camera.
• Strong communication and reliability.
• Ability to self-film using a phone and basic equipment such as a tripod or ring light.
• Basic understanding of TikTok and Reels, including hooks, pacing, and trends.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 09:00 AM–05:00 PM PST.

Nice-to-Haves

• Previous UGC or brand collaboration experience.
