Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist Site Managers in managing HR issues per business objectives.
  • Implement staffing, recruiting, training, and career management strategies.
  • Ensure payroll and administration processes are efficient.
  • Guarantee compliance with Health, Safety & Environment policies.
  • Manage industrial relations with local representatives and unions.
  • Implement Group HR policies within the Company's Management System.
  • Develop new HR policies as needed.
  • Report HR information to Division.
