• Ensure timely compilation of change variations.
• Assist with cost and management reporting.

Job description

Stefanutti Stocks Inland is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Site Commercial Manager to join our team. The Site Commercial Manager is responsible for the entire commercial function on site, including contract administration, claims administration, dispute management, oversight of the quantity surveying function, subcontractor management, dealing with variations, and internal contract reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract administration - Guarantees, Insurances, Programme, Overseeing Recordkeeping
• Claims administration - Compiling and tracking Early Warnings and Compensation Events.
• Dispute Management – Notifying and compiling Dispute referrals.
• Management of Quantity Surveying function – Ensuring timeous and optimized performance of all QS functions to ensure maximized revenue and cashflow control.
• Subcontractor Management – Compiling and administering subcontracts.
• Change Management – Ensure variations are compiled timeously and comprehensively.
• Reporting – Assist with cost reports and other management reports/presentations.
