About the Role

As the Shift Manager you will support daily operations and uphold Off The Hook standards and culture during every shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with General and Assistant General Manager to meet all Off The Hook standards during shifts.
  • Act as manager on duty and open/close the restaurant.
  • Enforce Off The Hook policies and standards.
  • Provide exemplary guest service.
  • Use tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results, and take corrective actions when needed.
  • Always ensure cleanliness of the restaurant during the shift.
Requirements for Success
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may change.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends and travel as needed.
  • Must be ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification.
  • 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
  • Must complete all required Off The Hook company training programs.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
