Job summary

A leading supply chain company is seeking a SHERQ Assurance Officer to manage compliance, support continuous improvement initiatives, and handle incident investigations. Candidates should have a tertiary qualification in Safety or related fields, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and knowledge of ISO standards. This role is crucial for operational excellence and regulatory adherence in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience as a SHERQ Assurance Officer or similar role.
  • Working knowledge of ISO standards and legal compliance requirements.
  • Experience in SHERQ implementation and site-level support.
  • Valid Code EB driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Log and track non-conformances across sites.
  • Conduct and support root cause analyses (RCAs).
  • Assist in incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
  • Lead product recall processes including documentation and reporting.
