• Knowledge of and/or experience with IVECO, FAW and UD Trucks (will be advantageous).
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Pinnacle System and BSI.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
