The role involves securing new business in energy, mining, and infrastructure, along with extensive travel across Africa. Candidates should have strong commercial skills and an engineering background, with a proven track record of winning large projects. Integrity, commitment, and discipline are essential for success.
3–7 years’ technical sales or project development experience in heavy lifting, abnormal loads, cranes, or rigging.
Must have sold services into Africa
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure profitable deals.
Proven success winning large projects in tough environments.
Engineering or Mechanical background (degree / diploma) preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively across Africa and remote sites.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with measurable revenue growth.
Negotiate profitable contracts and manage risk on multi-million Rand projects.
Translate complex lifting and transport challenges into workable solutions for clients.
Work closely with riggers, crane operators, and heavy-duty drivers — and just as comfortably with CEOs and project directors.
