  • Handle enquiries and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented culture as a brand ambassador.
  • Perform daily cash-ups and stock-takes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager Team : Daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and stock management.
  • Develop, Train, and Motivate Colleagues : Deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Optimize Inventory Levels : Receive deliveries, process stock, minimize losses, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain Store Visual Appeal : Ensure the store always looks fresh, well-presented, and on-brand.
  • Establish Customer Relationships : Handle enquiries, resolve issues, and build genuine connections with customers.
  • Lead by Example : Promote a positive, team-oriented culture as a brand ambassador.
  • Apply GAAP Principles : Perform daily cash-ups, invoice capture, stock-takes, and reporting.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 23 years of experience in a similar hospitality management role.
  • Knowledge of GAAP or similar POS/back-office systems.
