Job summary

A leading paint distribution company in Upington seeks a Controller to manage sales and distribution orders. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in FMCG distribution and possess strong management and supervisory skills. Responsibilities include processing stock adjustments and handling client queries. If you have excellent communication abilities and specific FMCG experience, please apply. Qualifications

• 5 years' experience working in a FMCG distribution environment.
• 2 years' experience performing managerial or supervisory duties.
• Prior managerial or supervisory training is preferred.

• Sales & Colour Consultation
• Manage all distribution orders including invoicing and credits-Upington Branch
• See to distribution client and normal client queries
• Monitor and Receive stock
• Coordinate stock takes
• Processing stock adjustments and transfers
• Process RFC’s
• Listing / Buying of new products
• Do mid-month and beginning of month consolidated ordering
• Order Dulux direct forms and RFC books
• General admin related to the position

Minimum Requirements

• 5 years’ experience working in a FMCG distribution environment
• 2 years’ experience performing managerial / supervisory duties in a FMCG distribution environment
• Grade 12 with Mathematics or Accounting
• Excellent Management, Supervisory and Leadership skills
• Excellent communication and liaising abilities
• Prior managerial / supervisory training is preferred
• Forklift License advantageous
• Related Management qualification advantageous

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday (7 : 30 to 17 : 00)
