What You’ll Do

Responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining the SaaS marketing platform software. The platform is built using modern enterprise technologies, architectures, and development processes. As a member of the SCRUM Team, the Software Engineer participates in a self-organizing process and takes on tasks needed to ensure the team and company succeed.

• Play a pivotal part of an Agile / Scrum team and mentor and lead others using your leadership experience.
• Demonstrate independent capability to investigate and learn new technologies.
• Provide insightful recommendations to the team, supported by an understanding of the value new technologies can provide.
• Champion global best practices in this coding role, contribute to the Impact Engineering Organization, and share learnings and insights.
• Sign off on code reviews.

What You Have

• Bachelor of Science Degree (highly preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years of high-quality experience in software development.
• Demonstrated ownership of the entire software lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Strong project management skills.
• Hungry, humble, and smart attitude.
