Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Full StackDeveloper at Preferental is instrumental in leading both frontend and backenddevelopment initiatives, ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, anduser-centric digital property management solutions. This role demands deeptechnical expertise and a commitment to technological innovation across thefull software development lifecycle. While this position does not involveformal leadership duties, the Senior Full Stack Developer will lead and mentorjunior developers, focusing primarily on development and architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development (70%)

• UI/UX Design Oversight: Ensure alldevelopments adhere to the highest UI/UX standards, delivering exceptional userexperiences.
  
• Innovation and Integration: Integratecutting-edge technologies and practices into the development process to enhancesystem functionality and maintain technological leadership.
  

Mentorship and Quality Assurance (20%)

• Team Mentorship: Provide guidance andsupport to junior and intermediate developers, promoting a culture ofcontinuous learning and excellence within the team.

Requirements
