The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of design and configuration experience, along with proficiency in ITIL 3. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, training users, and maintaining documentation. The position is hybrid, providing flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. Candidates with Agile and SAP-related certifications will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in documentation of functional and technical specifications.
• Certifications in TOGAF, Agile Methodologies, COBIT, Prince II are advantageous.
• Knowledge of development concepts and SAP architecture.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test SAP Material Management functions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
• Provide user support and assistance for 3rd level incidents.

Skills

3 years SAP design and configuration experience

2 years Agile experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of Retail SAP Architecture

Functional knowledge of SAP MM
