The successful candidate will be responsible for developing enterprise-wide risk and compliance frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving governance across the business. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the property sector, along with a strong understanding of risk management processes and compliance frameworks. The role requires excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, or corporate governance.
• Experience in property management, real estate, or property development is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven with strong interpersonal skills.
