The ideal candidate will have a B Degree in Quantity Surveying and 5 years' experience in the construction industry, particularly in electrical and civil works. Strong financial, technical, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in Electrical, Mechanical or Civils Construction.
• Strong understanding of NEC Suite of Documents.
• Good knowledge of SABS/SANS.

Responsibilities

• Provide support through competitive proposals and estimates.
• Negotiate and conclude contracts with favourable terms.
• Monitor compliance to relevant policies and procedures.
• Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
