We are looking for an experienced senior project manager for our client based in Rosebank with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics (D) to lead and deliver high-impact digital transformation projects across the organisation.

Key Requirement (Essential) Proven experience managing full-cycle Microsoft D implementations.

Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of D programmes ensuring successful planning, execution, governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.

You will be responsible for driving project outcomes, ensuring delivery excellence, and managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full lifecycle D implementation projects
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Oversee scope management, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement
• Drive Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery
• Track project performance and prepare executive-level reporting
• Ensure alignment with organisational strategy and Microsoft D best practices

Skills & Experience Required

• Microsoft D Implementation Experience (Essential)
• 7+ years project management experience, preferably in enterprise environments
• Strong experience managing large, complex IT projects
• PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications advantageous
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Banking or financial services experience is a plus
