The Sr Operations Manager role for Risk Operations is a unique opportunity to shape the strategies, policies and processes around earner access and eligibility experience and strive towards always having the right set of drivers and vehicles on our platform. The team is responsible for compliance to external regulations and internal policies, and to minimize operational risk on the platform.
We are looking for an outstanding problem solver with a solid understanding of the ride-sharing business. The ideal candidate has a good track record of resolving underlying causes of complex, multifaceted, new, and often cross-functional problems. The candidate is expected to be a good communicator, and be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills.
