Qualifications

• 8 - 10 years of experience in senior management functions.
• 5+ years in Compliance Risk Management within corporate legal departments.
• Member of the South African law society or professional institute.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft agreements and contracts.
• Develop and implement compliance programs and risk registers.
• Report to the CEO and Board on compliance matters.
