This role is based in Johannesburg and requires a strong background in IT support along with relevant qualifications. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in an IT environment, with at least 1 year in 2nd or 3rd level support. Responsibilities include managing system availability and ensuring prompt resolution of incidents.

Qualifications
