Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a DTS Technician.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents within SLA.
• Manage incidents assigned to external vendors.
• Conduct hardware repairs and troubleshooting.
• Ensure IT equipment is operational in line with disaster recovery plans.
• Support new site rollouts and hardware/software upgrades.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on IT incidents.
• Provide advanced technical support for complex incidents.

Skills

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Servers, Desktops, Security)

Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Project management capabilities

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Education

A+ Certification & MCP Qualification

ITIL knowledge

N+ or MCSE certification
