We’re looking for a Copywriter with strong experience in CRM, lifecycle, email, or customer engagement writing, someone who can move comfortably between short‑form messaging (push, SMS, microcopy) and longer educational or narrative content. You write with clarity, empathy, and purpose. You can take a complex healthcare or retail concept and make it simple enough for someone reading on a rushed morning. You understand how tone, timing, sequencing, and behaviour all shape how messages land. You’re excited about crafting useful, trustworthy content that genuinely helps people, whether it’s onboarding someone into a new service, improving medication adherence, or supporting a customer through a tricky moment in a journey.

Preferred qualification: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Writing, Linguistics, English, Journalism, Creative Writing, Communication, or a related writing‑centred discipline. Equivalent experience is welcome; strong craft matters more than degrees.
Indicative experience: Typically 3–5+ years writing for CRM, lifecycle, email, content marketing, or digital communication. Experience working in cross‑functional environments (CRM, Growth, Product, Design) is valuable.
Portfolio requirement: Please include examples of your writing short or long, polished or work‑in‑progress. Anything that shows how you think and communicate is perfect: emails, notifications, scripts, editorial content, journey messaging, or campaign pieces.
