Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Unit Manager in ensuring a safe and positive client experience.
• Provide direct patient care and mentorship to new and student nurses.
• Mitigate clinical risks and coordinate care delivery.
• Manage client experience and staffing resources.
• Assist with managing operational expenses.
