Senior BI Developer required in Constantia, Cape Town.

Senior Business Intelligence Developer with a relevant Degree, advanced SQL, PowerBi or Qlik skills and minimum 5 years’ BI experience in the Financial Service Sector, required to analyse, design and build BI solutions to enable operations and business strategic goals for an Asset Management Company based in Constantia, Cape Town.

Minimum requirements:

• Tertiary qualification required – Information Systems or B.Sc Degree
• Minimum 5 years’ BI Analyst Development experience essential
• Advanced SQL experience essential
• Experience in either PowerBi or Qlik required
• Financial Services experience preferred
• MS SQL Server, SSIS experience advantageous
• Talend/Snowflake experience advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyse, design and build BI Solutions through the full stack
• Solve complex problems in a data driven environment
• Elicit and analyse business requirements
• Prepare and combine data from multiple sources to create single source of truth
• Relational and dimensional data modelling
• Analyse and interpret data, build reports to provide business insights and improve processes
