  • Clerk Grade 9/10 Salary: $129,464 – $142,665 + super (relative to experience).

The role

Heres your chance to make an impact that lasts shaping the digital experiences that help NSW communities thrive. As a Senior Digital Application Developer you’ll be hands‑on with Microsoft 365 technologies building custom apps, integrations and workflows that keep our teams connected and our work moving. You’ll play a key role in creating digital solutions that truly make a difference to how we deliver for the people of NSW.

In this role you’ll apply your deep technical knowledge across Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Power Platform to deliver scalable integrated solutions. From building intuitive SPFx web parts and automated workflows to architecting seamless integrations using REST APIs, Graph APIs and Microsoft 365 connectors you’ll make technology work smarter for everyone. You’ll also champion best practice in design, testing and deployment ensuring stability, quality and continuous improvement across our digital platforms.

What you will bring to the role
  • Deep experience developing in SharePoint Online – from custom sites and workflows to advanced SPFx web parts and integrations.
  • Proven skill in PowerApps (Canvas and Model‑Driven), Power Pages, Power Automate and Dataverse building scalable apps, portals and automations that make work easier and faster.
  • Solid grasp of Azure services (App Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions) and how to make them work seamlessly with Microsoft 365.
  • Good knowledge of Nintex Forms and Workflows; other forms‑based development experience is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET Core and SQL Server with experience in Azure DevOps, Git and Bitbucket for source control and deployment.
  • Experienced in Agile environments delivering rapid high‑quality rollouts with feature toggling and continuous improvement practices.
  • A creative problem‑solver who can balance competing priorities while delivering quality outcomes.
  • A confident communicator who translates technical detail into clear practical solutions.
  • Around 5 years of experience designing and delivering impactful digital solutions.
