A prominent educational institution in South Africa seeks a Senior Administrator to manage administration and financial activities for the Department of Primary and Early Childhood Education and the Department of Secondary and Post‑School Education. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and relevant experience, including financial administration and supervisory skills. Applications must be submitted online by 10 December 2025.
Department of Primary and Early Childhood Education and Department of Secondary and Post‑School Education invite suitably qualified candidates to join their team.
Overall responsibility to the Heads of Departments for administration and financial administration in the Department of Primary and Early Childhood Education and the Department of Secondary and Post‑School Education.
Manage the administrative and support staff of the two departments, including the resource centre support staff, the ICT support technician (concerning their responsibilities within the department), and temporary and permanent administrative staff working on research and teacher development projects in the departments.
Responsible for the management of student and academic administration, the management of the quality maintenance processes (including examinations and marks), and overall responsibility for the administration and maintenance of the departmental buildings and assets.

Basic pensionable salary per annum: R401,952.00
Cost to company per annum (approximately): R511,805.00
