Job summary

A staffing solutions company seeks an experienced accountant to manage financial records and prepare annual financial statements. The ideal candidate will supervise junior accountants, liaise with clients directly, and ensure accurate tax calculations. A BCom degree or equivalent experience is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and possibly Caseware, Vanilla Payroll, and Pastel. Good communication skills in English, Afrikaans, or Xhosa are advantageous.

Qualifications

• BCom degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Completed articles is advantageous.
• Good communication skills in English, Afrikaans, and Xhosa preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise processing of client information and bank reconciliations.
• Perform journal entries and reconcile debtors and creditors.
• Prepare draft financial statements for various entities.
