What the job involves
  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients building strong trusted partnerships
  • Understand client objectives positioning and market context to provide smart strategic guidance
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of campaigns across digital ATL BTL social and experiential channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams creative strategy production and media to deliver best-in-class work
Lead project timelines, budgets, approvals and reporting
  • Maintain profitability and ensure all work meets high creative and strategic standards
  • Help shape creative briefs and contribute to ideation brainstorms and reviews
  • Present creative work and campaign results confidently to clients
  • Use insights and data to inform campaign recommendations and future plans
  • Mentor junior team members and help build a culture of accountability collaboration and excellence
What you need to be considered
  • 47 years account management experience in a creative digital PR or marketing agency
  • Experience managing medium to large clients and multi-channel campaigns
  • Solid understanding of brand strategy creative process and digital / social landscapes
  • Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Strong commercial awareness budgeting forecasting profitability
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Calm solutions-driven and collaborative approach
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
