Qualifications

• Clear Credit and Criminal record.
• Computer literate.
• Minimum of six months call centre experience in a financial services environment.
• Experience in a multichannel environment (Phone/Chat/Emails).
• Basic understanding of the US market is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide responses to all, maintaining high quality of services.
• Proactively identify issues before they arise.
• Handle escalated calls and complaints per procedures.
• Work with various parts of the business to resolve issues.
• Build rapport with customers.
• Respond effectively to customers.

Customer Service experience
