Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering and Analysis
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, translating them into clear and concise functional specifications for product development.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement, facilitating workshops and discussions to capture insights and feedback.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring all parties have a shared understanding of project goals, requirements, and timelines.
  • Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate findings, product updates, and recommendations, promoting transparency and collaboration.
Product Development Support
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure that user experience considerations are integrated into product requirements and designs.
  • Work closely with development teams to validate that implemented solutions meet business requirements and expectations, performing user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed.
Process Mapping and Documentation
  • Develop process maps, ERD’s, use cases, and user stories to document current and future business processes, enhancing clarity and insight for stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, project scope, and testing outcomes to ensure a clear project trail and knowledge sharing.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process enhancement, promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the product development lifecycle.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices, leveraging insights to enhance product offerings and operational effectiveness.
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Analyze data and metrics related to product performance and user feedback, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve product features.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate key findings to management and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Training and Knowledge Sharing
  • Assist in training staff and stakeholders on new product features, functionalities, and best practices, promoting effective adoption and utilization.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by sharing knowledge, tools, and techniques with team members to enhance collective capabilities.
Agile Practices
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to ensure alignment with the product development process and goals.
  • Embrace agile methodologies to adapt to changing requirements and priorities, ensuring a responsive development process.
