About the Role:

As our SAP BTP Development Team Lead, you will own the end-to-end delivery of SAP Business Technology Platform solutions for a range of enterprise clients. This is a strategic, high-impact role combining technical leadership, team management, and client engagement perfect for someone who loves both building solutions and building a practice.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP BTP solutions.
• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing BTP development team.
• Work closely with clients, business analysts, and architects to understand requirements and deliver scalable cloud solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution scoping, proposals, and client presentations.
• Help define and grow our SAP BTP service offerings, methodologies, and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to modern development standards, DevOps processes, and SAP cloud security principles.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and delivery excellence.

What You Need:

• 7+ years of SAP development experience, including 3+ years hands‑on SAP BTP.
• Proven track record leading technical teams and delivering successful SAP BTP projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP cloud architecture and enterprise integration.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients.
• Entrepreneurial mindset passionate about growing service lines and identifying new opportunities.
• Based in or near Bryanston, with the ability to work in a hybrid model.
