Overview

Sales Support Administrator required in Johannesburg.

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Support Administrator to supply support to the external sales team and sales management based in Midrand.

Responsibilities
  • Be available to designated sales reps
  • Have key information at hand (lead times, stock, transport and credit info)
  • Prepare quotations, pro-forma invoices and invoices
  • Respond with urgency and accuracy
  • Update administrative systems daily as required
  • Update Production Planner on key product requirements
  • Resolve customer queries and prepare credits where required
  • Provide backup to Front Desk
  • Notify management of potential problems
Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • Computer literate – MS Office (advanced Excel), Syspro or similar
  • Experience working with systems and procedures
  • bilingual, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Experience working in a service industry dealing with customers
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Detailed oriented
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Can deal with difficult clients
  • Own vehicle will be beneficial
Package & Remuneration

R12,000 to R15,000 pm CTC depending on experience, qualifications and industry exposure.
