Today, with over 700+ keys across multiple properties, we blend design‑forward spaces, technology, and unforgettable guest experiences to create stays worth telling stories about.

Our next chapter is about scaling our brand presence, growing our direct bookings, and ensuring every guest finds their perfect story with us. That’s where you come in.

Stay for the story. Shape the brand. Make your mark.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Marketing Manager will design and implement a robust, insight-driven marketing strategy with a key focus on direct bookings and revenue growth. This role requires a hands‑on strategist who is equally comfortable with high‑level planning and collaborating on execution with the Brand Manager and external partners.

You will work closely with the Head of Revenue to ensure campaigns are perfectly timed around events, seasons, and other calendar moments to optimise occupancy and RevPAR.

Strategy & Planning
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on increasing direct bookings and revenue growth.
  • Design and implement a robust annual marketing plan covering all direct and indirect channels, ensuring a consistent brand presence.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Revenue and Key Accounts Manager to align campaigns with special events, seasonal peaks, and booking trends.
  • Develop and manage the sales and marketing roadmap, ensuring measurable KPIs and ROI are met.
Direct Marketing & Paid Media
  • Conceptualise and lead all direct marketing initiatives, including E‑mail Campaigns, Google Ads, paid social, programmatic advertising, and retargeting campaigns, to drive conversions.
  • Optimise paid media budgets to maximise ROAS and reduce reliance on third‑party OTAs.
  • Analyse performance data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Social Media & Content Strategy
  • Conceptualise, plan and oversee social media campaigns, ensuring platforms reflect the overall brand and marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Manager to produce content calendars, social visuals, and campaign assets that drive engagement and bookings.
  • Work with content creators and agencies where needed to enhance creative output.
Collaboration & Leadership
  • Lead and mentor the Brand Manager, ensuring smooth execution of all campaigns and day‑to‑day activities.
  • Partner with internal teams (revenue, operations, guest experience) to ensure marketing is aligned with broader business initiatives.
  • Manage external agencies or freelancers when required (e.g., PPC specialists, creative agencies).
Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor, measure, and report on marketing performance and ROI.
  • Make data‑driven recommendations to continuously refine strategies.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications.
  • 3–5 years of marketing management experience, preferably in hospitality, travel, or e‑commerce.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute a full‑funnel marketing strategy.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid media platforms with a track record of improving conversions and lowering CPA.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, programmatic advertising, and digital analytics.
  • Experience managing social media campaigns and content calendars.
  • Highly organised with excellent project management skills.
  • Comfortable working with data, analysing trends, and reporting on KPIs.
  • Leadership qualities with prior team management experience.
