Provide technical selling and consultations for customers regarding the company's photovoltaic (PV) products and systems in both commercial and residential markets.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key accounts including installers, contractors, and reselling partners.
Lead negotiations on pricing contracts and service agreements ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
Acquire and develop new customers within Gauteng and surrounding provinces including KwaZulu Natal.
Recruit, train and manage the Gauteng sales team setting clear performance goals and providing ongoing coaching.
Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on results, accountability, and customer-centricity.
Manage sales forecasts, budgets and financial reporting ensuring transparency and alignment with company targets.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate sales performance and inform strategic adjustments.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product and operations teams to ensure alignment on regional sales goals and strategies.
Provide feedback on product performance, customer requirements and market demands to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards and company policies in all sales practices.
Implement and uphold sales best practices including effective CRM usage to optimize team efficiency and data accuracy.
Organize and commence regular technical product and system training sessions with clients during the introduction of new products or system configurations.
Gain internal knowledge about new products and updates and process and present this information in the company's knowledge base for training colleagues.
Analyze and assess market and customer requirements for new products and solutions.
