Role Overview

We are now searching for a high‑energy Sales Executive for our Workwear & PPE division. This is a high‑volume, relationship‑driven role focusing on supplying bulk and specialised safety gear to a wide range of corporate and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively hunt for new business opportunities across industrial, mining, logistics, and corporate sectors.
  • Manage key accounts, focusing on Industrial Owners / Directors, Facility & Maintenance Managers, and Corporate Procurement teams.
  • Sell a diverse range of products, from standard contin‑suits and safety boots to specialised protective gear.
  • Understand client requirements for safety, branding, and compliance.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals for bulk supply contracts.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proven “hunter” mentality with a strong B2B sales track record.
  • Demonstrable success in selling to industrial clients, maintenance managers, or corporate procurement.
  • Experience in selling workwear, PPE, or other industrial consumables is a major asset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and a structured approach to managing a sales territory.
  • Advantageous: Qualification or deep knowledge of industrial safety standards or logistics.
